About the authors:

She is an internationally published author of self-help and academic books and a Fellow and Vice President of the Association for Coaching and a Fellow of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, Royal Society of Arts and Institute for Management Studies. Gladeana is also Co-Director of the Centre for Stress Management and Centre for Coaching and is an Honorary Visiting Lecturer in the Psychology Department of the University of East London.

Averil Leimon was recently chosen as one of the UK's Top 10 coaches by the Independent on Sunday and is one of the first UK-based psychologists qualified in the academic field of Positive Psychology.
