About the authors
Alyssa LaRoche (New York), a.k.a. Aimee Weber in Second Life, is the founder and CEO of Aimee Weber Studio (www.AimeeWeber.com). The studio is one of the largest content creation companies in SL and has worked with such organizations as The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Society, American Cancer Society Relay for Life, American Apparel, Warner Brothers, and the Exploratorium. She also writes for AOL's Second Life Insider (www.secondlifeinsider.com) and is a frequent speaker on virtual worlds.

Kimberly Rufer-Bach (Clarksville, TN), a.k.a. Kim Anubis, is Owner, Designer, & Producer of The Magicians (www.themagicians.us), one of the oldest, most innovative content development companies in Second Life. Clients include the British Council, University of California Davis Medical Center, Global Kids, NASA, and New York Law School.

Richard Platel (Toronto, Canada), a.k.a. Wednesday Grimm, has been a Second Life  resident and LSL scripter since the public beta in 2004 and has been a professional software developer for over 7 years.
